Chief Financial Officer (interim)

Simon was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Joint Company Secretary of Trajan Group Holdings Limited in May 2026. Simon joined Trajan in 2011 as European Financial Controller and since relocating to Australia in 2017, subsequently served as General Manager of Finance with enterprise-wide responsibility for the Group’s global finance function and has played a key role in a number of the Company’s significant milestones. He has over 15 years’ experience in senior finance roles, starting his career and spending more than seven years at Deloitte UK. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).
